Scholarships

We're happy to support our members in many ways, including through our annual scholarship program. A group of our employees volunteer to review applications and choose four recipients each year to receive a $1,000 scholarship.

What are the requirements?

All applicants must:

• Be high school seniors who will be attending a college, university, or technical school in the fall after graduation
• Be a TruChoice member or immediate family of a member

Applications need to include a personal essay and one recommendation letter.

How do you apply?

The 2025 scholarship applications are now available. The deadline is April 15th. Please download this form to include with your application. Applications need to include a personal essay and one recommendation letter. 

Applications are accepted by mail, email, or fax, or you may drop it off at one of our branches in Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton.
